Libraries
Our library is proud of its collection of about 140,000 books.
Not to mention the books and domestic-overseas nursing journals collected over more than 120 years in the history of nursing education, the library has highly specialized books on philosophy, psychology, education, business administration, and international relations that are suitable for postgraduate education.
The history of developing the nursing profession at this college (started in year 1890) is the history of nursing education in Japan.
A historical records room for collecting and organizing historical materials is
open to researchers and general public to use this facility with occasional consultation on historical background research for TV drama, etc.
Our campus is surrounded by embassies, Tokyo Metropolitan Library and Arisugawa-no-miya Memorial Park in the vicinity. Thus, while being situated in the center of the city, it allows the students to spend leisure time in taking a walk or study in a relaxed state of mind.
